Anchor Engineering, Inc. is a construction management firm that works exclusively on public sector projects, serving the communities where we live. Our overriding goal is to complete client’s projects on budget, on time, and with the expected level of quality. Anchor’s success has come from:

Our staff comprises a spectrum of qualified, experienced professionals ranging from resident inspectors to resident engineers, construction managers, and senior engineering consultants. Our staff has the initiative, experience and expertise to work independently, managing projects to successful completion.
Since our inception in 2003, we have completed projects that include utilities, transportation, civil, and building work. Our services encompass program management, construction management, inspection, and resident engineering. Because our size allows senior management to stay involved in our projects, our clients often retain our services year after year.

Anchor’s Headquarters office is in Lafayette, CA, with branch offices in Oakland and Sacramento, CA and two satellite offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are certified by the State of California as a Disabled Veteran’s Business Enterprise (DVBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
