Stege Sanitary District Administration Building
Project and Construction Management, Inspection Services
Anchor Engineering provided project and construction management services for construction of the new Stege Sanitary District Administration building and related site improvements. The new facility is a wood-framed building on structural concrete slab on grade with pier and grade beam foundation, cement plaster siding, a single-ply membrane and standing metal seam roofing system, aluminum windows and storefront system.
Site improvements include a new concrete driveway, new asphalt paved parking lot with ADA and regular parking, accessible concrete pedestrian paths, metal fencing with pedestrian and vehicle gates, and landscaping with storm drain filtration bio-swales and drain inlets.
