Anchor Engineering provided Construction Management, Inspection and related services to the City of Petaluma for a series of improvement projects in the heart of the City.
The $6.9M Downtown Improvement program gutted and reinstalled street, utility, sidewalk and lighting systems while keeping over 100 retailers, restaurants, bars and other small merchants in the core Old Town area in operation without adversely affecting their business performance.

Since 1987, the Stege Sanitary District, which serves El Cerrito, Kensington, and a portion of Richmond, has been at the forefront of maintaining and rehabilitating their collection system. Today, after more than 18 years of projects, their work and methods serve as a model for compliance with the CMOM regulations.
