Constructability and Cost Estimating Services
This state-mandated program provides for the restoration of the Salton Sea and protection of the fish and wildlife resources dependent on it. The initial Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) evaluated and analyzed potential impacts of alternatives developed for restoration of the Salton Sea through biological, hydrologic, air quality management, geotechnical and engineering issues.
DWR State Water Project (SWP)
Contract Administration and Inspection Services
This five-year state-wide project covers a variety of activities related to the State Water Project (SWP). Tasks involve construction associated with large hydroelectric pumping and generation plants, large diameter pipelines, dams, reservoirs, water conveyance related structures and buildings, ground water improvement/recharge and transfer, environmental mitigation, restoration and enhancement facilities, flood protection facilities including the federal/state Sacramento River Flood Control Project, dredging and sediment removal, aqueducts, levees, roads, bridges, multi-purpose buildings, and fish passage structures.
